In reply to your letter of the 20th
instant, I beg to return herewith your passport
which has been endorsed as not valid for Hong
Kong. You are, at the same time, advised that
it would be possible under Sections 8 (a) and
9 (a) of the Hong Kong Immigration and Passports
Ordinance, 1934, to refuse you admission should
you attempt to enter Hong Kong with a passport
so endorsed.
